Sell mobile phone as shipping of Nokia C6-01 begins
4 November 2010 — 11:57 AM
Now may be the perfect time to sell a mobile phone and begin the hunt for a replacement, with the latest Nokia handset due to hit the shelves.
Ian, writing the latest entry for the Nokia Conversations blog, notes shipping of the new C6-01 device officially gets underway today (November 4th).
"The boxes have been filled, the vans loaded and the factory gates opened. Soon they will be with retailers and operators near you," he explains.
As the smallest and cheapest of the Finnish brand's new range of Symbian mobile phones, the C6-01 could be especially popular with consumers on a budget.
Featuring a 3.2-inch display, eight-megapixel camera and 32GB of storage space, it is unlikely to let anybody down on specifications.
It joins the likes of the Nokia N8, C7 and E7 in either being released in recent weeks or set for an upcoming launch, in the process adding to the options open to sellers of mobile phones.
Jon Butler, creative brand manager at Envirofone, says: "If you’re on a budget you might want to consider upgrading to this cheap phone. If you want to make some extra cash, you could even trade-in your old handset."
