Keen travellers could benefit from selling mobile phone

Individuals who regularly jet off across the world may benefit significantly should they choose to sell a mobile phone and invest in one of the latest devices.
That is because such models are likely to include a broadband internet connection and subsequent access to social networking sites, which an expert believes are useful tools when planning a holiday.
Carmel Dennis, project manager at New Media Trend Watch, explains portals such as Facebook, Twitter and MySpace are ideal for tourists looking to gain information on certain destinations.
Indeed, tips, reviews and experiences can be shared through social networking sites at the touch of a button, perhaps making being hooked up to them worthwhile.
"Travellers like to have a personal recommendation, and they sometimes trust a comment on a social network from a stranger more than an advertisement," Ms Dennis notes.
Research by Three recently found Facebook to be the favourite feature of phones among those with mobile broadband.
