Sell mobile phone to join in with Angry Birds poll
7 December 2010 — 6:55 PM
People who sell their mobile phone and put the cash towards buying an iPhone or another latest model could enjoy hours of fun playing Angry Birds.
And those that indulge in the popular game will be in a position to vote in a global survey to find the planet's favourite character.
O2 has launched the poll, which will offer a conclusion on which bird is closest to the hearts of UK mobile phone users.
People can vote via one of several mediums, such as social networking sites Facebook and Twitter, as well as the O2 Blog and by text message.
The investigation is being timed to coincide with the worldwide Angry Birds Day, due to take place this Saturday (December 11th), with the winner set to be announced then.
As a follow-up to its Halloween version of the title, developer Rovio is set to release a special Christmas-themed adaptation of Angry Birds.
