There are a number of Walkman phones now available

One of Sony Ericsson's latest phones has been singled out as ideal for music lovers in a new review.

According to Stuff, there are a number of high profile Walkman phones the manufacturer has on the market and the W705 is one example that also looks the part.

It states the W995 may be a better option for those trading up to a more camera focused phone - including those recycling used mobiles - but adds those who want music on the move could be more tempted by the W705.

The steel-clad phone is equipped with Clear Audio Experience technology - which the article notes means "the Walkman range has never sounded better" - as well as 4GB Memory Stick Micro, Shake Control, TrackID and A2DP Stereo Bluetooth.

"It's hard not to be distracted by the incoming W995, but the W705 is a superb Walkman phone thanks to its stylish design and added Wi-Fi wings," the review concludes.

Sony Ericsson's W508 was unveiled at this year's GSM Association Mobile World Congress show and according to MobileBurn "will definitely attract some looks".
