Fishlabs has been honoured for its endeavours to bring new games to the latest phones.
As part of Juniper Research's recent gongs, the company was given the title of Silver Award for Mobile Games and was praised for keeping players happy with the most up-to-date titles.
Michael Schade, chief executive and co-founder of Fishlabs, said receiving the award was a great honour, despite losing out on the top prize - which went to Apple.
"With our award-winning mobile games portfolio and our revolutionary try-and-buy download model we will change the game of the mobile games industry," he added.
The Juniper Research awards were accompanied by a report that looked at the future of the mobile gaming industry.
Current titles in the Fishlabs range include Galaxy On Fire, Gladiator, Burning Tires, Rally Master Pro and Tank Raid. The firm has also scooped awards from Pocket Gamer, Airgamer and Handy-Player.de.
