Samsung M7500 is "middle of the road"
9 March 2009 — 12:10 PM
Samsung's M7500 Emporio Armani handset has "middle of the road" features and has been given six out of ten by Trusted Reviews.
Due to the fact it comes free on Vodafone contracts starting at £20, users should not expect the world from this device, said Sandra Vogel.
Pros include the dimensions of 114.9 x 47.4 x 12 mm, making it "no bother" to hold, the brushed metal design and the responsive number pad.
But the main drawback of the M7500, Ms Vogel stated, was the "in your face" branding, including the Giorgio Armani logo on the back, side and front of the phone.
As well as this, the different colour themes were just "too shouty" for her liking.
There is also no shortcut button to the contacts list.
However, Ms Vogel highlighted the audio quality and 120 megabytes of internal memory.
Those who are tempted by the idea of a fashion-branded phone might want to check out the LG Prada.
