Trading in an old LG phone could help buy the KC550

Those looking for the latest mobile phones at the right price could consider the LG KC550, a new review has suggested.

In an article for Mobile Burn, Russell Jefferies says of the many five-megapixel cameraphones available, the South Korean's entry-level version is worthy of the comparatively small amount of cash it takes to buy one.

He notes LG has already stated the KC550 is the cheapest around to be equipped with such photographic credentials and adds this is not reflected in the build quality of the device.

"The video camera was also pretty good," Mr Jefferies says. "So if you're after an affordable camera phone, the KC550 should definitely be toward the top of your list."

Equipped with a 2.4-inch screen, microSD memory expansion slot, integrated media player, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP the KC550 - which also goes by the name Orsay - is available on Orange, O2 and Vodafone's latest contracts.
