Consumers looking for the latest phones to keep track of their email on the go may be interested in a new deal from Virgin Media.
The network operator has announced a new partnership with Google that will provide a number of enhanced services, such as new addresses and increased storage facilities.
Improvements to email search via mobile phones as well as better anti-virus, spam and phishing protection will be added and it is hoped the partnership will strengthen both firm's range of services and applications.
Alex Green, executive director of online for Virgin Media, said: "We look forward to exploring future services with Google and continuing to deliver market-leading communications and entertainment to our customers."
Virgin Media recently unveiled details of a new tariff entitled Addict, which is aimed at users who like to have access to social networking, email and text messaging.
