The latest phone to be launched exclusively on T Mobile could be of interest to those looking for a multimedia-focused handset.
Announced by the network this week, the MDA Compact V offers "elegant styling with an impressive feature list" and adds to the company's current line of top level smartphones, the firm claims.
T Mobile explains that the new device builds on the success of its predecessor - the MDA Compact IV - and has a number of web-based features, as well as a 3.2-inch touchscreen display and the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system.
Also onboard is an integrated media player for music and video support and a built-in five-megapixel camera.
Daniel Meredith, head of handset and device marketing at T Mobile UK, said: "The [phone] is a great addition to our ever-popular MDA range. It takes the web experience of the MDA portfolio to a new level."
Other flagship smartphones exclusive to the carrier include the Google Android-powered T Mobile G1.
