T Mobile boosts prepaid offerings
27 May 2009 — 5:00 PM
T Mobile has announced a number of changes to its prepaid tariffs that include rewards and top-up boosts designed to emulate the benefits available on its contract-based packages.
It has been revealed the T Mobile Talk and Text Booster will offer 300 or 500 free minutes when either £20 or £30 has been credited to the account and this will also feature unlimited texts.
The Monthly Rewards option will provide 600 free texts or unlimited calls within the network on £15 top-ups to be used over the month or both for an extra £5.
In addition customers who use their handset more at weekends can top up £10 and choose unlimited texts and calls to T Mobile friends.
Tom Rainsford, prepay brand manager at the carrier, explains: "People are looking for great value and ways to stay in control of how much they spend, so we're giving our pay-as-you-go customers a big choice of rewards to help them."
Some of the latest phones available on T Mobile's prepaid tariffs include the Nokia 5000, Samsung J700i Pink and the BlackBerry 8110 Pearl.
