Nokia 5330 Mobile TV Edition "affordable"
16 November 2009 — 10:16 AM
With the economy and the environment on most consumers' minds this year, a new and "affordable" phone from Nokia could be ideal.
Of course, recycling your mobile for cash can garner some very useful funds to put towards a better model.
But one of these may be closer in reach than you think. According to Nokia vice-president Mark Selby, the 5330 Mobile TV Edition is within the budgets of new and existing customers - and performs well enough to hold anyone captive.
"The introduction of the Nokia 5330 Mobile TV Edition responds to the arrival of DVB-H broadcast mobile TV networks in new markets," he added.
Equipped with a 2.4-inch screen, the handset is said to provide crystal clear, colour-rich images. Sound is excellent via headphones of a speaker, the manufacturer explained.
Earlier this month, it was announced that singing superstar Rihanna was to preview brand-new material to an exclusive Nokia audience.
This event is set to take place today (November 16th) in London.
