Consumers with Apple iPhones have been recommended several applications which will help them get a better night's sleep.
Those considering picking up the model after selling their old mobile will be able to take advantage of the Sleep Cycle alarm clock, which monitors sleeping patterns and provides a wake-up call during the lightest phase of slumber.
According to the Independent, other apps for those who enjoy 40 winks are Alarm Clock Pro, which wakes the user up with their favourite iTunes tracks, and Ambiance, which offers over 600 sounds to help initiate relaxation.
"The app comes with three included sounds, after which you can find and download additional tracks- for free - through the application to create your own special collection of relaxing sounds," the newspaper said.
Barcelona recently saw mobile manufacturer Samsung unveil its new Wave smartphone - which aims to challenge the dominance of the Apple iPhone - ahead of the Mobile World Congress.
