The Samsung Diva (S7070) is now available to buy and is the first handset in the Diva Collection to be released on to the market.
Aimed at women - who may want to sell their used mobile phones to upgrade - the Samsung Diva has a 3.2-megapixel camera and a 2.8-inch touchscreen.
Functions which may appeal to females are the SOS text messages and Fake Call mode, which users can activate in order to get themselves out of a difficult situation such as a date that is going badly.
The handset has an embossed, quilted back cover and pearl-white finish, along with a crystal diamond-shaped button on the front.
Women who are environmentally friendly may want to recycle their mobile phone in order to upgrade to the Diva, which, according to Samsung "is the embodiment of glamour and sophistication and the perfect extension of your impeccable design sense. Diva will look right in place with your fashionista wardrobe and diva attitude".
Samsung recently announced the Wave, complete with 3.3-inch display and a unified social hub to bring all networks together for easy and convenient access.
