LG has unveiled a new addition to its Cookie range, which could provide consumers with an option when recycling a used phone - the LG Cookie Fresh.
Cash received from mobile recycling could be put towards the purchase of a new handset from the phone manufacturer.
The phone could prove to be good value for money and is expected to retail to Pay as you Go customers at a price under £100.
Although, there is as of yet no confirmed release date for the UK, it is widely expected that it will hit shops in spring.
Features will include a touchscreen, a two mega-pixel camera and a 3.5 mm headphone slot, which could ensure that music fans can listen using their own ear phones.
The release could be a good option those who do not feel the need for a smartphone but would like to purchase a more up-to-date device.
