A new handset possible for those selling an old mobile
26 April 2010 — 2:26 PM
Consumers selling an old mobile may wish to consider using the money they receive from Envirofone to get a new handset from Virgin Media.
The company has recently revealed that more than one million UK customers have signed up to its Pay Monthly mobile phone service, an increase of 40 per cent in the last year.
Graeme Oxby, executive director of mobile and home phone at Virgin Media suggested an increasing number of customers are choosing to get more services from the mobile operator.
He stated this was, in part, due to: "Market-leading mobile tariffs, built on simplicity and flexibility, exciting new handsets and outstanding value for money across all of our bundles."
A range of new handsets have recently been launched by Virgin Media including the LG InTouch Max, HTC Desire, BlackBerry Bold 9700 and Nokia X6.
Free calls are available to Virgin Media mobile phones for people signed up to its home-phone service.
