A new BlackBerry handset could be a reason for consumers to consider selling an old mobile phone for cash with Envirofone.
The mobile network 3UK has launched a new colour scheme for the popular BlackBerry Bold 9700 device.
As of yesterday customers were able to pick up the phone - which offers a full qwerty keyboard and a 3.2-megapixel camera - in white.
Jon Butler, creative brand manager at Envirofone, said: "Tech fans and music lovers alike will no doubt want to snap up this new generation of smartphone. By selling your old handset for cash, you could upgrade your phone for the latest BlackBerry."
Music fans may wish to take a look at the handset as it offers users 38 hours of playback time and a 2.5 inch high-resolution colour screen might making features such as mobile internet easier to use.
Sylvia Chind, head of branded devices for 3UK, said: "On our high speed 3G network, the BlackBerry Bold 9700 gives our customers a really great internet experience. A little colour variety doesn't go astray, so we're ranging the Bold 9700 in white ahead of summer."
The 10,000th 3G site in the UK was unveiled by 3UK this January in Shooters Hill, south London.
