Consumers may wish to consider selling their old mobile to get their hands a new "astonishingly good phone".
Coolsmartphone.com has revealed the HTC Desire is available now and people might wish to use the money they receive from Envirofone towards the purchase of the handset.
UK mobile network O2 is now offering the phone in its online store after a great deal of anticipation.
The device features a 3.7-inch touchscreen, a five-megapixel camera and intergrated Facebook and Twitter, which might mean it is an ideal choice for fans of social networking.
Music fans could also be pleased to hear the Desire has a 3.5mm audio port, meaning that users can opt to plug in their own headphones or use the ones provided in the hands-free kit.
O2 has recently revealed it is to offer the Apple iPad and people wanting to get their hands on the device - which goes on sale in the UK on May 28th - could opt to pre-order it now.
