Money for old mobile phone could be used to purchase BlackBerry

A number of people may wish to consider selling an old mobile and putting the money towards a new BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105.

Flora Graham, writing for Cnet UK, says the handset is easy to use and features some of the industry's most up-to-date technology.

The expert notes its flat and responsive trackpad, integrated email inbox and high-resolution screen as some of the greatest features of the phone.

Meanwhile, she also explains the device's strong suitability for social networking fans, stating it offers a significant range of apps that make keeping up with friends easy.

BlackBerry mobiles "are all about email and messaging", so the Pearl's full qwerty keyboard is another useful design feature, she states.

It may also be just right for those without a need for social networking, as it is said to include good camera and music-playing abilities.

The phone was upgraded to 3G by BlackBerry recently, arguably putting it ahead of its sister models.
