Those looking for the latest phones and contracts may be tempted by a range of new games that are available to download.

Glu mobile announced this week that it would be boosting its line of titles across Europe with four new amusements that could offer something for everyone.

Jeopardy! Deluxe, a playable version of the legendary US game show, is one of the new applications and another is Blackjack 21 - an adaptation of the recent Kevin Spacey film, 21.

A sequel to Metal Gear Acid is also being published by the group and forms part of what Glu's managing director of publishing, Frank Keeling, claims is "a host of popular titles along with recognised franchises".

In other news this week, fans of The Simpsons who have the latest phones were told they could get access to a new title that brings together a number of characters from the series, as they attempt to escape a theme park.

Pocket Gamer reviewed The Simpsons: Itchy and Scratchy Land and noted the plot of the game was based on one particular episode "where the family visits the park and Bart defeats an army of animatronic felines".
