The HD version of HTC's Desire phone is the brand's next UK release

People mulling over the prospect of recycling their mobile phone at some point in the future may wish to keep an eye out for any potential release of the HTC Incredible in the UK.

Chris Smith, taking a look at the handset for T3, explains the model has been dubbed the "best Android handset in America".

While the reviewer admits the name may reveal a hint of arrogance at HTC, he notes a number of specifications that perhaps justify its tag.

For example, the HTC Incredible features Flash 10.1, enabling people to play web videos, as well as the ability to become a Wi-Fi hotspot from the first time it is switched on.

The camera is eight megapixels and shots can be "stunningly detailed" with "fantastic" colour reproduction, Mr Smith explains.

HTC recently declared the Desire HD is to be released in the UK and will include super-fast internet connectivity and the latest navigation tools.

Julie Snape, head of marketing at Envirofone, says: "If you fancy upgrading to this new handset, why not trade-in your old phone? You could make yourself some cash."
