Vodafone customers may have reason to recycle mobile phone
13 October 2010 — 7:03 PM
Mobile users currently on the Vodafone network may have the perfect chance to recycle their used phone and upgrade to the new HTC Desire HD handset.
The company is due to start shipping the device on October 22nd, explains Luke Johnson, writing for news and reviews site T3.
HTC had originally hoped to have released the phone by now, but it was forced to impose a delay of just over a week.
However, with Vodafone set to take delivery of its first stock, now may be the right time to get in contact with the firm about switching mobiles.
Running on the Android 2.2 operating system and featuring a 4.3-inch touchscreen, the HTC Desire HD is arguably one of the most eagerly-awaited phone launches of the year.
Other models in the brand's range of hi-tech smartphones include the original Desire, as well as the Wildfire, Hero, Dream and Legend designs.
