HTC ChaCha 4 Stars

« Back to reviews HTC ChaCha

Look and feel

Social media is the main function of this device, thanks to its dedicated Facebook button, however it still manages to pull off Wi-Fi, HSDPA, A-GPS, a five-megapixel snapper and a QWERTY keyboard.

Ease of use

The ChaCha’s white body will not thrill everyone, but sizewise it fits nicely in a pocket and sits well in the hand.

Don’t expect to get away without charging every day – even though HTC says you’ll get 420 minutes of talktime.

Social networking aficionados will love the ChaCha, the only downside being the limiting 2.6in display.

Battery life

Take care when texting if you have larger hands – that small screen also doesn’t allow you to make the long swipes HTC owners are used to.

Regular Facebook users will love the one-touch access for adding photos, music, videos, webpages and updates.
You’ll need to charge up the ChaCha pretty often.

Final verdict: 4 Stars

There’s no better handset for social networking but the smaller display is a letdown.
