I recently sent you 4 mobile phones for cash and expected problems or excuses, (i have never sent phones in this way before) but i have to say your company was excellent, emailing me day after i sent them to say you had accepted them and would be crediting my bank account, not holding out too much i checked my account today and am staggered, you have paid what you said you would! all within 48 hours of me sending them!

Just wanted to say what a joy it was to deal with you on recycling my phone. In these days of rubbish service organisations, it was great to deal with someone who is totally efficient and so customer friendly.

For a start, you offered me a better price than other companies. The deal was executed very quickly. I posted the phone on Monday. Tuesday you told me that you had received the phone and that it had passed your tests. On Wednesday I received an email saying that you were sending the money to my bank and on Friday it was sitting in my account. Fantastic.

Thanks so much for a brilliant service. My son's mobile broke just before Christmas and it was uneconomical to repair, so bought him a new one. I'm keen to recycle old items where ever possible rather than send them to landfill, so I googled “recycle mobile phone” and found your organisation. The mobile wasn't a hugely expensive one, so I was surprised to find that I could get some cash for it, even if it wasn't working properly.

So, last week I requested sale of the mobile, received the padded envelope and freepost sticker a day later and returned the mobile to you. Just a few days after returning the mobile, I received a revised sale offer as the mobile slider mechanism was faulty. I accepted the revised offer the same day and the money has been paid into my Paypal account the same day.

What a great service! I'm very pleased and will recommend your website to friends
