Not really an enquiry - more of a statement really.

I used your services for the first time this month and everything went really well.   The Collect+ and the direct back transfer went exactly as you said.

In this country we are the first to moan when things go wrong but very rarely give praise when things go well. I don't agree with that - I am very happy with the quality of service you provided me and feel it's important to let you know that.

Thank you for returning the dispensable battery that I sent separately as I couldn't find it when I traded in a Sony Ericsson W595. I can use it as a spare for my current W395.

I am writing this to commend you on the fantastic service you've always delivered since I started trading phones to you. All the phones I've sent have been delivered, inspected and paid for (by you). I've never had to use special or recorded delivery.

That sounds like a 'real' honest and trust-worthy business to me and I have definitely been recommending my friends to use your services too.

Thanks so much for a brilliant service. My son's mobile broke just before Christmas and it was uneconomical to repair, so bought him a new one. I'm keen to recycle old items where ever possible rather than send them to landfill, so I googled "recycle mobile phone" and found your organisation. The mobile wasn't a hugely expensive one, so I was surprised to find that I could get some cash for it, even if it wasn't working properly.

So, last week I requested sale of the mobile, received the padded envelope and freepost sticker a day later and returned the mobile to you. Just a few days after returning the mobile, I received a revised sale offer as the mobile slider mechanism was faulty. I accepted the revised offer the same day and the money has been paid into my Paypal account the same day.

What a great service! I'm very pleased and will recommend your website to friends
