Yes. Every handset and tablet we sell is network unlocked so you can pop in any SIM and get started straight away. During refurbishment we remove old data, reset the software and confirm the device activates on all major UK networks before it is listed for sale.
If you are moving from a network that still uses a traditional SIM, just transfer it across. For eSIM-only devices we provide clear instructions in your order confirmation to help you set things up in minutes.
Every Envirofone purchase includes a 12-month warranty as standard. Our technicians inspect more than 100 checkpoints so we're confident your tech will perform like new, but if anything goes wrong in the first year we'll repair or replace it for you.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the within 2-3 working days with free tracked delivery. Standard shipping takes 3-5 working days to reach most UK addresses.
Need it sooner? Upgrade to next-day delivery at checkout and we'll prioritise packing and courier collection for the fastest possible arrival.

We grade every device after a full inspection so you know exactly what to expect. Like New looks and feels pristine,Excellent may show the lightest signs of use, andGood devices have a few more cosmetic marks but deliver the same great performance. Functionality is identical across every grade.

We include a SIM tool so you can get up and running instantly. Original manufacturer boxes and headphones aren't guaranteed because we focus on delivering the best value refurbished tech, but everything arrives safely packaged in 100% recyclable materials.

Our technicians run every device through an industry-leading 100+ point diagnostic. We check the screen, cameras, Face ID/Touch ID, microphones, speakers, buttons, wireless connections and more. Any part that doesn't pass our performance benchmark is repaired or replaced using high-quality components.
Once testing is complete the handset is data-wiped, polished and wrapped ready for its new home. You receive a quality assurance certificate in your order confirmation for peace of mind.
Batteries are assessed against manufacturer guidelines. If a device falls below 80% of its original capacity we replace it during refurbishment so you enjoy reliable, all-day power. We also run charge-cycle and thermal tests to make sure performance is stable before shipping.
Should you notice anything unusual with battery life within your warranty period, contact our support team and we'll investigate right away.

Yes. Your order confirmation email contains a downloadable VAT invoice for your records. You can also log in to your Envirofone account at any time to reprint invoices or update your billing details.
Need the invoice in a business name? Enter those details at checkout or contact us and we'll update it for you.
We pick, pack and ship orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day whenever possible. Orders placed later or over the weekend leave us the next working day.
As soon as your parcel is collected you'll receive a dispatch email containing the courier details and tracking link.
Click the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel's journey in real time. You can also log in to your account and view the latest updates under My Orders.
If tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, get in touch so we can speak to the courier on your behalf.
We start preparing your device right away, so address changes are only possible before the parcel leaves our warehouse. Contact us as soon as you spot a mistake and we'll do our best to amend it.
Once the order has been dispatched you may be able to rearrange delivery directly with the courier using the tracking link.
At the moment we ship to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) only. This ensures your device arrives quickly and that we can support you easily if you need help later on.

No worries—you have 30 days from delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange. The device must be in the same condition you received it with all accessories included.

The warranty protects you against technical faults, such as issues with the screen, speakers, buttons, battery performance, or internal components. Accidental damage, loss, theft and software modifications are not covered.
If a fault appears, raise a warranty request and we'll arrange a speedy repair or replacement once the device has been assessed by our technicians.
Log in to your Envirofone account, select the relevant order and choose Request Support. You'll be guided through a short form so we can understand what's gone wrong.

We'll arrange a free return, investigate with the courier and ship a replacement or refund you as soon as the device is back with us.
