How to trade-in with Envirofone

Add your device to the basket, fill in our simple form and tell us how you want to be paid. It’s that easy! Don't worry if your device is faulty, we accept damaged devices, simply sell it, send it, we'll test it and confirm your price. At Envirofone we provide a price promise, so if you're not happy with the price we will return it for FREE.

We’ll email you a QR code so you can print your free returns label at the Post Office - no printer needed. Just hand them your device, and they’ll take care of the rest. Prefer to print at home? You can do that too. If you need packaging, we can send our free Enviropack for phones or free tech packaging straight to your door. Once posted, your device will be tracked and insured up to £150. Then sit back and relax, we’ll email you as soon as it’s been received and tested.

Once your device has been tested by our tech team your payment will be processed on the same day to your chosen payment method. We offer 3 different types of payment on Envirofone.
