Envirofone Game Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by James Johnson Green (Company Number 10452936) T/A Envirofone Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over
• Employees of Envirofone and associated companies are not eligible to participate

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion opens on Thursday 2nd April 2026
• Closes at 11:59pm on Monday 6th April 2026
• Entries submitted after this time will not be counted

4. How to Participate

• Users can play the game via the Envirofone website – envirofone.com/en-gb/easter-game
• Participants must achieve a score of 1,000 points or more to qualify for a reward
• Multiple plays are permitted, however any attempt to manipulate or abuse the game (including use of bots or automated systems) may result in disqualification

5. £10 Buyback Voucher Reward

Players who score 1,000 points or more will receive a £10 buyback voucher code. Voucher codes will be issued via email after a qualifying score is achieved.

Each voucher:

• Is valid for use against a device trade-in on Envirofone
• Is limited to one use per customer
• Is not redeemable for cash
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated
• Voucher expiry: 14 days from the date of issue

6. Leaderboard Prize

• The participant with the highest score at the end of the promotion period will be declared the winner
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be the participant who achieved the score first
• The winner will receive: £50 buyback voucher code
• The winner will be contacted directly within 5 working days of the competition closing

7. Fair Play

Envirofone reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any entries suspected of:

• Cheating or score manipulation
• Use of automated tools or bots
• Breach of these terms

All decisions regarding scores and winners are final.

8. Technical Issues

Envirofone is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, website downtime, or gameplay interruptions
• Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to system issues

9. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Envirofone's Privacy Policy
• Data will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and issuing rewards

10. General

• Envirofone reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary
• By participating in this promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
