We look at the make, model, storage size and type of damage. When your phone arrives, our technicians test everything to confirm the faults you told us about. If the condition is the same as described, you'll get the price you saw online. If anything else is wrong we'll send a revised offer for you to approve.

If we can't repair or safely recycle your phone we'll let you know straight away. You can accept a new price based on what we've found, or we'll return it to you free of charge.

We never dispose of devices without your permission.

Yes—if the phone powers on and isn't badly corroded we can usually refurbish it. Be honest about any liquid damage so we can handle it safely. If the moisture has caused serious internal issues we may adjust our offer, but we'll always keep you updated.
