PS5 and GTA 6 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the PS5 and GTA 6 giveaway run by Envirofone (the “Giveaway”). By entering you agree to them, so please read them before you enter. Last updated 8 October 2026.

1. Who is running the Giveaway

Envirofone is a trading name of Envirofone Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 10452936 and registered office at Unit 37a Sisna Park Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL6 7FH. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to Envirofone Limited. If you have a question about the Giveaway, email [email protected].

2. When it runs

The Giveaway opens at 12:00 (UK time) on 13 October 2026 and closes at 12:00 (UK time) on 13 November 2026. Entries made outside that period are not valid.

3. Who can enter

To enter you must:

• be 18 or over, because the prize includes a game rated 18;
• live in England, Scotland or Wales;
• use your own real, public social media account, not one created mainly to enter or one that only enters giveaways; and
• enter only once. You may not enter with more than one account or on behalf of someone else.

Employees of Envirofone Limited, and contractors or agencies who worked on the Giveaway, cannot enter. Bots, scripts, bulk entries and entering through giveaway or “comping” groups are not allowed and will be disqualified.

4. How to enter

Entry is through Gleam, the giveaway platform we use. The ways to enter are listed on the Giveaway page on Gleam (the “Gleam page”), which forms part of these terms. They include following, liking, commenting on and sharing our social media posts, subscribing to our mailing list, visiting our website, watching our eBay Lives and the trade-in bonus described in section 5.

Each way of entering earns the number of entries shown on the Gleam page, and some can be repeated as shown there. You do not have to complete every one. Gleam checks most entries automatically, and we may also check them.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Subscribing to our mailing list is optional, you give that consent separately, and you can enter in other ways instead. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of a technical failure.

5. Trade-in bonus entries

You can earn bonus entries by placing a trade-in order on envirofone.com during the Giveaway period. Placing a trade-in order is optional. No purchase or trade-in is necessary to enter, and completing a trade-in does not increase your chances of winning.

You get the bonus entries once, when you place the order. You do not need to send your device or complete the trade-in to keep them. If you do complete a trade-in, we pay you for your device under our trade-in terms, which is separate from the Giveaway.

We match your order to your Gleam entry using the email address you entered on Gleam. If we cannot match it, you can send us your order number through Gleam. Orders placed only to gain entries, or with false or duplicate details, may be disqualified and their entries removed.

6. The prize

There is one prize, won by one winner. It is:

• one refurbished (graded and tested) PlayStation 5 console, standard edition with a disc drive, with one DualSense controller and the power and HDMI cables supplied with the model; and
• one pre-ordered physical copy of Grand Theft Auto VI for PlayStation 5.

The console carries the same warranty it would if we sold it on our website.

We will send the console as set out in section 10. We will send the game within 14 days of its official UK release date. If the game has not been released by 31 January 2027, we may give the winner a voucher of equal value instead of the game.

There is no cash or credit alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with something of equal or greater value.

7. How the winner is chosen

Within 7 days after the Giveaway closes, we will pick the winner at random from all valid entries, using Gleam’s random winner picker. Two members of our staff will do the draw, and we will screen-record it and keep the recording for 12 months. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being picked.

8. Contacting the winner

We will contact the winner by direct message from our verified account, and by email if we have their address. The winner has 7 days to reply. If they do not reply, cannot accept the prize or do not pass our checks, we may pick a new winner in the same way.

Before we send the prize we will check the winner’s name and age (with ID), that their delivery address is in an eligible area, that their account is genuine and that they followed these terms.

We will only contact winners from our official, verified accounts. We will never ask for payment, card details or bank details. If someone claiming to be us asks you for any of these, do not reply, and email [email protected].

9. Announcing the winner

We will announce the winner on the platform we used to contact them within 7 days of the draw. We will use their first name, the initial of their surname and their social media handle. We would love a photo and a post from the winner, but that is not a condition of winning, and we will only publish a photo with their consent. You can ask us by email who won, for 3 months after the draw.

10. Delivery

We will send the console by free tracked courier to an address in England, Scotland or Wales within 14 days of confirming the winner. The prize becomes the winner’s responsibility when it is delivered, on signature or proof of delivery.

If the winner gives us the wrong address or cannot receive the prize, we are not responsible for a failed delivery. We may charge for redelivery or withdraw the prize.

11. Social media platforms and brands

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, run or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Sony Interactive Entertainment, or Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. By entering you release those companies from any liability connected to the Giveaway, and you must follow each platform’s own terms of use. PlayStation and Grand Theft Auto belong to their owners.

12. Your personal data

Envirofone Limited is responsible for your personal data. We collect your name, social media handle and email address, and the winner’s delivery address, to run the Giveaway, pick and contact the winner and deliver the prize. Gleam collects your entry details when you enter, and handles them under its own privacy policy. If you earn trade-in bonus entries, we use your email address to check whether you placed a trade-in order.

We pass the winner’s details to our courier only to deliver the prize, and we do not sell your data. We keep entry data for 3 months after the draw, and the winner’s data for 12 months for our records. Entering does not sign you up to any marketing. You only receive marketing if you separately opt in to our mailing list.

13. Disqualification

We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms, is fraudulent, abusive, offensive or spam, or tampers with the Giveaway or the entry process.

14. Changes and cancellation

We may change, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond our control require it. We will post any change on the Gleam page.

15. Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage connected to the Giveaway, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

16. General

Our decision on all matters about the Giveaway is final, but this does not affect your legal rights. The Giveaway is run in line with the ASA’s CAP Code. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland, you may also bring a claim in the Scottish courts.
