How it works
Three steps, no card to carry
Every paid trade-in and every shop order earns 1 point per £1. Trade-in points land as soon as we pay you. Shop points land 35 days after dispatch, once the returns window has closed.
Your balance and history live in your account. The more you do with us, the higher your tier and the faster you earn, up to 7.5% back.
Every 100 points is £5. Turn them into a shop voucher in a couple of clicks and use it on any refurbished phone, tablet, laptop or console.
Tiers
The more you do, the faster you earn
Your tier is set by the trade-ins and purchases you have completed with us in the last 24 months, and orders from before Rewards started count too. There is nothing to sign up for.

250 bonus points the first time you do both
Sold to us but never bought? Your first refurb earns a one-off 250-point bonus, worth £12.50. Bought from us but never sold? Your first paid trade-in earns it instead.

Member price boost
Silver +3%, Gold +5% cash on trade-ins
Silver and Gold members get extra cash on every trade-in, worked out on your quote and added automatically at checkout. Silver gets 3% more, Gold gets 5% more, up to £20 per trade-in.

When the refurb you bought from us is due an upgrade, we'll email you a reminder, and trading in your old device before the offer ends earns double points. Your Rewards page shows the end date.

Questions about Rewards
How points arrive, how to spend them and what happens if plans change.
Sign in and open Rewards in your account. Pick an amount in steps of 100 points (£5 each) and we turn it into a shop voucher in your wallet straight away. Enter the code at checkout.
Trade-in points land as soon as we pay you for the trade-in. Points on a shop order show as pending first, then become available 35 days after dispatch, once the returns window has closed.
Only if your account goes quiet. Points expire after 24 months with no earning or spending, and we email you before that happens. Earning or spending any points resets the clock.
A voucher made from your points is valid for 12 months. You can use one voucher per order, and each voucher can be worth up to £50 (1,000 points), so for a bigger discount, redeem more points into a single voucher.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are removed. A partial refund takes off the points for the refunded amount.
Your tier depends on how many trade-ins and purchases you have completed with us in the last 24 months, including orders from before Rewards started. Member: 0 to 1 orders, 1 point per £1. Silver: 2 to 3 orders, 1.25 points per £1. Gold: 4 or more orders, 1.5 points per £1.
If you have only ever sold to us, your first shop order earns a one-off 250-point bonus (£12.50). If you have only ever bought from us, your first paid trade-in earns it instead. It is paid once per member.
No. Points have no cash value and can only be spent as vouchers in the Envirofone shop. They cannot be added to a trade-in payment or transferred to anyone else.
Yes. The boost is added on top: we apply your promo code first, then add the Silver or Gold boost to your trade-in as extra cash, up to £20. You don't need to do anything to get it.
The £10 bonus is a thank-you for trading in a real device with us, so it applies to a friend's first trade-in worth £75 or more. That keeps it fair and stops the bonus being worth more than the trade-in it is paid on.
Programme terms
The short version of the rules, in plain English.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
- One membership per email address. Your points belong to the email address you trade in or order with.
- Trade-in points are awarded only on paid trade-ins, on the amount we pay you.
- Purchase points are awarded on the amount you paid, excluding delivery and net of any refund. A cancelled or refunded order voids them.
- Points expire after 24 months with no earning or spending. Vouchers made from points are valid for 12 months, one per order.
- Each voucher can be worth up to £50 (1,000 points). Larger balances can be redeemed as more than one voucher, for use on separate orders.
- The member price boost is 3% (Silver) or 5% (Gold) of your trade-in quote, up to £20 per trade-in, paid as cash with your trade-in. It is not paid on a trade-in donated in full to charity or placed through a partner, and it does not combine with a referral bonus: you get whichever is bigger.
- Refer a friend: your friend must be new to Envirofone trade-ins and must use your link before their first trade-in. You can't refer yourself, including under another email address. Each friend can be referred once, so there is one referral bonus per friend. The friend's £10 is paid on a first trade-in worth £75 or more, and your 300 points are added when we pay them.
- Referral bonuses obtained through abuse of the programme, such as fake or self-made referrals, are forfeited, and we may close the memberships involved.
- We may remove points and close a membership where we find fraud or abuse of the programme.
- Envirofone may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice. If it ends, points you have already earned stay redeemable for 30 days afterwards.
