Yes. Please remove the HomePod from the Home app on your iPhone or iPad, sign out of your Apple ID and perform a factory reset by holding the top of the HomePod until you hear three beeps. This protects your personal data and ensures we can process your trade-in without delays.
Yes, please include the original power cable where possible. The HomePod uses a specific cable that is not detachable on the 1st Gen — please pack carefully to avoid damaging it. For the HomePod Mini, the USB-C power adaptor should also be included where possible.
