Which Amazon Echo models can I sell to Envirofone?

From the Echo family we accept the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Gen Echo, every Echo Dot generation, the Echo Plus 1st and 2nd Gen, the Echo Show 1st and 2nd Gen, the Echo Spot, the Echo Show 5, the Echo Show 8 and the Echo Show 10 (3rd Gen). All colours and finishes are welcome.

How much is my Amazon Echo worth?

The price depends on the model, generation and condition. The Echo Show 10 (3rd Gen) commands the highest trade-in prices thanks to its motion-tracking 10-inch display. The Echo Show 8, Echo Plus 2nd Gen and Echo Dot 4th Gen also hold strong value. Even older 1st Gen Echo and Echo Dot models still have trade-in value for their components.

Can I sell a broken or faulty Amazon Echo?

Yes. We buy Amazon Echo speakers in almost any condition - whether the Wi-Fi radio has failed, the microphones are muted or the touch display is cracked. Select the condition that best matches your Echo and we'll give you a fair price. It does need to switch on: we cannot accept a device that will not power up.

Do I need to reset my Echo before sending it?

Yes. Please deregister the device from your Amazon account (Alexa app → Devices → your Echo → Deregister) and perform a factory reset. This protects your personal data and ensures we can process your trade-in without delays.

Do I need to include the power adaptor with my Echo?

Yes, please include the original power adaptor where possible. The Echo family uses device-specific power supplies, and a missing cable may reduce the final offer. You can keep any spare cables, smart plugs or accessories.

How quickly will I get paid?

We test your Echo on the day it arrives at our facility. Once it passes inspection, payment is processed the same day. Choose bank transfer for cash, or select Envirocash for a 7% bonus. Most customers receive their money within 3–5 days of accepting their quote.
