What Is EnviroRewards?
EnviroRewards is Envirofone's loyalty programme, giving customers the opportunity to earn points when they trade in devices and buy refurbished technology.
At the standard Member level, you earn 1 point for every £1 on eligible completed orders, equivalent to 5% back. As you complete more orders, you can move through the EnviroRewards tiers and earn at a higher rate.
There is no separate card to carry. Your rewards balance and points history are linked to your Envirofone account.

How Does EnviroRewards Work?
Getting started with EnviroRewards is designed to be simple. The programme works across the two sides of Envirofone: selling your unwanted technology and buying refurbished devices.
1. Trade in or buy
Every eligible paid trade-in and shop order can earn points. When you sell a device, your trade-in points are added once Envirofone pays you. Points from a shop purchase become available after the relevant returns period has passed.

2. Collect your points
Your points are added to your EnviroRewards balance and your account keeps track of your progress. The more eligible completed orders you make with Envirofone, the higher your rewards tier can become.
3. Spend your rewards
Once you've collected enough points, you can convert them into vouchers to spend in the Envirofone shop. Every 100 points is worth £5 in shop voucher value.

How Much Can You Earn With EnviroRewards?
EnviroRewards has three membership tiers: Member, Silver and Gold. Your tier is based on the number of completed trade-ins and purchases you've made with Envirofone during the previous 24 months.
- Member: 1 point per £1, equivalent to 5% back.
- Silver: 1.25 points per £1, equivalent to 6.25% back.
- Gold: 1.5 points per £1, equivalent to 7.5% back.
Silver members complete two to three eligible orders, while Gold members have completed four or more. Orders completed before EnviroRewards launched can also count towards your tier.
That means your previous activity with Envirofone can help you progress through the programme without starting from scratch.
What Are EnviroRewards Points Worth?
Points are designed to be used within the Envirofone shop rather than exchanged for cash. Once you've collected 100 points, you can turn them into a £5 shop voucher.
For example:
- 100 points = £5 voucher
- 200 points = £10 voucher
- 500 points = £25 voucher
- 1,000 points = £50 voucher
Vouchers can be used towards eligible purchases in the Envirofone shop, subject to the programme's terms and minimum order requirements.

What Is the Complete the Circle Bonus?
EnviroRewards also includes a one-off Complete the Circle bonus for members who have only used one side of Envirofone's service.
If you've previously sold a device to Envirofone but never bought from the shop, your first eligible refurbished purchase can earn a one-off 200-point bonus, worth £10 in shop vouchers.
Likewise, if you've bought from Envirofone but never traded in a device, your first eligible paid trade-in can trigger the bonus.
The bonus is available once per member and works in either direction: sell then buy, or buy then sell.
Can You Earn More Rewards?
As well as the standard points earned through trade-ins and purchases, EnviroRewards includes additional opportunities for members to earn more.
Member price boosts
Silver and Gold members can receive an additional cash boost on eligible trade-ins. Silver members receive an extra 3%, while Gold members receive an extra 5%, subject to the programme's £20-per-trade-in cap.
Clear-the-drawer bonus
If you've got more than one old device sitting around, EnviroRewards can also reward you for clearing out additional technology. Eligible members can earn 100 bonus points for another qualifying device traded in within 30 days of their previous trade-in.
Each additional device must meet the programme's eligibility requirements, including the minimum trade-in value.
Refer a friend
Members can also refer friends through their personal EnviroRewards referral link. If an eligible friend completes their first qualifying trade-in through the referral, they can receive an additional £10 while the referring member receives 300 points, worth £15 in shop vouchers.

What Can You Spend EnviroRewards Vouchers On?

Do EnviroRewards Points Expire?
EnviroRewards points can expire if your account remains inactive for an extended period. According to the current programme terms, points expire after 24 months without earning or spending points, with Envirofone emailing members before this happens.
Using or earning points resets the period, helping active members continue to build their rewards balance.
It's also worth remembering that EnviroRewards points have no cash value. They can be converted into eligible shop vouchers but cannot be exchanged directly for cash or transferred to another person.
