If your Other phones & tablets stops working under warranty we’ll repair or replace it for free. Out of warranty, we may still be able to help — here’s what to do.
Repairs under warranty
If a fault appears within your 12-month warranty (or 6 months for accessories/batteries), the repair or replacement is on us. You cover postage in; we cover postage back.
We aim to turn warranty cases around within 5–10 working days from the day the device arrives at our warehouse.
Out-of-warranty repairs
Outside warranty — or for things warranty doesn’t cover like cracked screens, liquid damage and accidental drops — we may still be able to repair the Other phones & tablets for a fixed fee.
Email us with photos and we’ll quote within a working day. There’s no obligation to go ahead.
Some repairs aren’t economical relative to the device’s value. If that’s the case we’ll tell you straight, and you can either decline (we send it back) or trade the device in toward a refurbished replacement.
How to request a repair
- Sign in to your account and find the order. Choose Request Support and describe the issue.
- Or email [email protected] — quote your order number and include photos of the issue.
- We’ll reply with a returns label (warranty) or a quote (out of warranty). Send the device back using the label; tracked service recommended.
How long it takes
- Warranty repairs: 5–10 working days from arrival at our warehouse
- Paid repairs: usually within 7–14 working days, depending on parts
- Replacements: shipped same or next working day after approval
Your data
Back up your Other phones & tablets before sending it in. Once a device has been repaired or reset, data cannot be recovered.
Sign out of all accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung, Microsoft as applicable) and remove any security locks before posting. If a device arrives still locked, we can’t inspect or repair it and we’ll need to send it back to you.
