Selling your phone or tablet
Pixel, OnePlus, Sony, Huawei, Xiaomi — and anything else with a battery. Here’s the trade-in process and what to prep.
Get an instant quote
Head to sell-my-mobile or sell-my-tablet, search for your model, pick the storage and answer condition questions. Price guaranteed for 14 days from your order date.
We don’t list every device under the sun. If your model isn’t in our search, get in touch — we may still buy it as part of our bulk trade-in process, but it won’t be an instant quote.
Prepare your device before posting
- Back up to Google Drive or your computer. Once we factory-reset, the data is gone.
- Remove your Google account: Settings → Accounts → Google → Remove account. This switches off Factory Reset Protection.
- Sign out of brand accounts (Mi Account, Sony account, OnePlus account, etc.) — they can hold device locks too.
- Remove the SIM and any microSD card.
- Factory reset: Settings → System → Reset → Erase all data (factory reset).
If we receive a phone still tied to a Google account, you’ll have a 14-day grace period to remove it. After that we process at £0 — so please double-check.
Send it to us
We send a free Enviropack with everything you need. Drop at any Post Office. Keep the receipt as proof of postage. Higher-value devices go on a fully tracked, insured service.
We test it
Our team checks cosmetic condition, screen, battery, every button, every sensor, every radio, and runs a full reset. Within 1–2 working days. If everything matches what you described, we pay out; if not, we send a counter offer.
Get paid
- Bank transfer: next working day.
- PayPal: usually within 24 hours.
- Envirocash: instant credit toward a refurbished purchase, plus an extra 7%.
