Can’t find your model?
We don’t list every device under the sun. If your model isn’t in our search, get in touch - we may still buy it as part of our bulk trade-in process, but it won’t be an instant quote.Prepare your device before posting
- Back up to Google Drive or your computer. Once we factory-reset, the data is gone.
- Remove your Google account: Settings → Accounts → Google → Remove account. This switches off Factory Reset Protection.
- Sign out of brand accounts (Mi Account, Sony account, OnePlus account, etc.) - they can hold device locks too.
- Remove the SIM and any microSD card.
- Factory reset: Settings → System → Reset → Erase all data (factory reset).
FRP grace period
If we receive a phone still tied to a Google account, you’ll have a 14-day grace period to remove it. After that we process at £0 - so please double-check.Send it to us
We email you a free Royal Mail QR code - show it at any Post Office and they print the label, so you never need a printer. Or book a free Royal Mail collection and they’ll pick it up from your door. Keep the receipt as proof of postage. If you need packaging, ask for a free pack at checkout. Higher-value devices go on a fully tracked, insured service.
