Returning your Other phones & tablets
Changed your mind, or something’s wrong with your refurbished Other phones & tablets? Here’s exactly what to do, what it costs, and when you’ll get your money back.
How long do I have to return my Other phones & tablets?
You have 30 days from the day your Other phones & tablets arrives to return it for any reason — including changing your mind. After 30 days, returns are only possible for faulty items under your 12-month warranty.
The 30 days are counted from the day your Other phones & tablets was delivered, not the day you ordered it.
How do I start a return?
The fastest way is through your account. You don’t need to email us first — the form generates a return label automatically.
- Sign in to your account and open My orders.
- Find your order, tap Return this item, and pick a reason from the list.
- We’ll email you a Royal Mail label within 5 minutes. Print it, stick it on the original packaging.
- Drop the parcel at any Post Office. Keep your receipt — that’s your proof of postage.
Returns are free — the label we issue covers postage and is fully tracked.
Free vs paid returns
Every return uses a free, tracked Royal Mail label issued through your account. There’s nothing to pay either way.
If your Other phones & tablets was part of a trade-in bundle (you bought one and traded one in as a single order), the promotional discount tied to the trade-in may be cancelled or adjusted if the refurbished item is returned. We’ll get in touch with your options if that applies.

What happens after I send it back?
Once your Other phones & tablets reaches our warehouse, our team inspects it within 1–2 working days. We verify it’s the same device that shipped (by serial), check the condition matches what you described, and remove any account locks if needed.
You’ll get an email confirmation at each step — when we receive it, when the inspection is done, and when your refund is issued.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds land in your original payment method within 5 working days of inspection. By payment type:
- Card payments: 3–5 working days to land back on your card.
- Klarna or PayPal: usually within 24 hours.
- Bank transfer: next working day.
What if my Other phones & tablets is faulty?
If your Other phones & tablets develops a fault within 30 days, it’s covered under the same returns process. After 30 days, faults are handled under your 12-month warranty — same team, same process.
For obvious issues (it won’t turn on, the screen is broken on arrival), don’t bother with the form — email [email protected] with photos and we’ll fast-track a courier collection.
Damaged on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll arrange a free return and open a courier claim straight away.
