Open Watch app → My Watch → General → About on your iPhone. Look for Model and Model Number. Match those against Apple’s identify-your-Watch page.
Prepare your Watch before posting
- Back up — your Watch backup is created automatically when you unpair, so as long as it’s paired during unpairing this happens for you.
- Unpair via the Watch app on your iPhone: My Watch → tap (i) next to your Watch → Unpair Apple Watch. This switches off Activation Lock and creates a backup at the same time.
- Remove the band if it’s third-party — bands aren’t included in the quote and you may want it for another Watch.
If we receive a Watch still tied to iCloud, we’ll email you with a 14-day grace period to remove it remotely. After that we process at £0 — so please unpair properly before posting.
Send it to us
