Account & orders — iPad
Sign in, find your order, track its status, manage returns. Almost everything you need is in your account — here’s how to use it.
Signing in to your account
Go to envirofone.com/en-gb/account and pick how you want to sign in:
- Email (one-time code): the easiest way. Enter your email, we send you a 6-digit code, you enter the code to sign in. No password to remember.
- Password: works only if you’ve set one in Settings. Rules: 8+ characters, at least one uppercase, at least one number.
You don’t need a separate signup. The first time you enter your email and verify the code, an account is created automatically. Every order or trade-in you’ve ever placed using that email will show up automatically.
Sessions last 30 days with sliding expiry, so you only need to sign in once a month.
Finding your order
Once you’re signed in, your Dashboard shows every purchase you’ve made — order number, date, product, condition, price, delivery method, status. Click any order to open it.
The dashboard pulls in every order linked to the email you signed in with, including ones placed before the account system existed. So if you bought from us years ago using the same email, those orders are right there too.
Tracking your order
Open the order from your dashboard. You’ll see a 4-step progress bar:
- Paid — payment confirmed
- Awaiting Shipment — order picked, waiting in dispatch
- Order Prepared — packaged and ready to ship
- Shipped — handed to the courier, courier tracking number appears here
If the order was cancelled or refunded, you’ll see a coloured badge instead of the tracker.
Returns in your account
Go to My returns to see every return or RMA you’ve raised. Each return has its own page showing:
- RMA reference, order number, item, reason, solution, outcome
- Return label download link
- Royal Mail tracking number
- A vertical timeline showing every status change, most recent first
If you don’t see your return, it may not have been logged yet — give it 30 minutes from when you raised it, then check again.
Updating your personal details
Open Settings to update your name, phone, and address (line 1, line 2, town, county, post code). You can also set or change your password here.
Forgotten password
You don’t need it. Sign in using the email-code option instead — enter your email, get the 6-digit code, you’re in. You can reset your password from Settings afterwards if you want.
- Go to the login page and choose Sign in with email.
- Enter your email. We send a 6-digit code (valid for 15 minutes).
- Enter the code. You’re signed in.
- From Settings, set a new password if you want.
