Samsung Galaxy delivery
Free delivery on every order, usually with you in 2–4 working days. Here’s how it works and what to do if something goes wrong.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free on every Samsung Galaxy order to UK addresses. No minimum order, no surprise charges at checkout.
Paid express options may be offered at checkout if you need it faster.
How fast does it arrive?
- Standard delivery: usually 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- Express delivery (if available at checkout): next working day.
Delivery time counts from dispatch, not the day you placed the order. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment, depending on the Samsung Galaxy model and condition.
Who delivers it?
We use Royal Mail and DPD depending on the order size and value. Higher-value items go on a tracked, signed-for service.
Tracking your order
Once your Samsung Galaxy ships, the tracking number appears on the order page in your account. You’ll also get an email with the tracking link.
If the order says Shipped but the tracking hasn’t updated yet, give it a few hours — couriers don’t scan packages until they hit a depot.
Missed your delivery?
For Royal Mail orders, the courier leaves a card and you can rebook delivery, redirect to a Post Office, or collect at your local depot — instructions on the card.
For DPD orders, you’ll get an SMS or app notification with options to redirect, reschedule, leave with a neighbour, or pick up from a DPD Pickup point.
Damaged on arrival
If your Samsung Galaxy arrives damaged — packaging crushed, screen cracked, anything that looks like courier mishandling — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email [email protected] with photos of the packaging and the device. We’ll arrange a free return and open a claim with the courier the same day.
