Your Samsung Galaxy warranty
Every refurbished Samsung Galaxy comes with a 12-month warranty. Here’s exactly what it covers, what it doesn’t, and how to claim if something goes wrong.
What’s covered
Your 12-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. In plain English:
- Screen, speakers, buttons
- Battery performance (within the first 6 months)
- Internal components
- Other manufacturing defects we missed in testing
What’s not covered
Warranty doesn’t cover damage or faults that weren’t the device’s fault:
- Accidental damage — cracked screen, liquid ingress, drops
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Faults caused by unauthorised repairs or unofficial parts
- Software modifications, jailbreaking, malware
- Issues caused by unauthorised accessories
- Battery discharge complaints reported after the 6-month battery warranty window
Cracked screens and liquid damage aren’t warranty issues — but we may still be able to help with a paid repair. Email us with photos and we’ll quote.
How long the warranty lasts
- 12 months from delivery on the Samsung Galaxy itself
- 6 months on accessories and batteries
Cover starts on the day your Samsung Galaxy arrives — not the day you ordered it.
How to claim
- Sign in to your account and open My orders.
- Find the order, open it, and choose Request Support. Tell us what’s wrong — short and specific helps us help you faster.
- Or email [email protected] with your order number and photos or a short video if you can.
Replies come back Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We don’t work weekends or bank holidays.
What happens next
Once we receive your Samsung Galaxy, we’ll inspect it. If it’s a warranty fault we’ll either repair it or send a replacement, whichever fits better. We aim to turn warranty cases around within 5–10 working days from the day the device arrives with us.
If the issue turns out not to be covered (e.g. accidental damage), we’ll let you know before doing anything — no surprise charges.
Who pays postage
You cover postage in — we recommend a tracked service so it can’t go missing.
We cover postage back — once the Samsung Galaxy has been repaired or replaced, we ship it back at our cost.
