What To Expect From Galaxy Unpacked July 2024

The next Galaxy Unpacked event has been confirmed, set for July 10th and is being held in Paris. The upcoming event has been nicknamed Galaxy AI by Samsung and has fans guessing what we could see from this event. July Unpacked will be available to watch live on Samsungs official website and YouTube channel, and considering it’s been 6 months since the last Unpacked Event in January 2024, we cannot wait to see what updates await.

So let’s look at what we may be seeing at Galaxy unpacked 2024, from annual smartphone releases to new products, we can’t wait to take a look!

  • Fans are hoping to hear about the Galaxy Ring.

Will there be a new Samsung fold in 2024?

It is almost expected that we will see a new Galaxy folding phone or flip phone this summer. Samsung usually releases these smartphones every year in the summer, so if they follow their usual release dates, this won’t come as a massive shock for fans. If two new phones are revealed, we will see the 6th generation of the Samsung Flip and Samsung Folding Series.

What is the Samsung AI update?

It has also basically been confirmed that the whole event will focus on AI. The announcement post for the event revealed that we should ‘Get ready for a world of possibilities as we enter a new phase of mobile AI’. Considering AI will be infused into the latest Galaxy Z Series and other Galaxy devices which we assume means the two new rumoured phones, we know we will find many more Samsung galaxy ai announcements at this event.

Is Samsung coming out with a ring still?

One of the key aspects fans are hoping to get further information on is the possible final announcement of the Galaxy Ring. Originally mentioned in January 2024 when a teaser was made at the previous Unpacked Event, there have been no updates on the project since then. Samsung has never actually announced the Galaxy Ring, so hopefully, we will see this announcement made on July 10th. It has been rumoured that the product is currently in the prototype process, with the release date being suggested for the end of 2024. This means that the Ring being revealed at the July event would make sense giving fans at least 3 months to prepare before the Ring arrives in stores. The only way we know the Ring is still in production is because recently there was some Samsung galaxy ring news, a leaked image was revealed showing how the product will be charged, opting for a charging case rather than a magnetic cable.

We have plenty of updates on the Galaxy Ring in our blog on Envirofone, make sure to check it out for further updates.

So far, the Samsung Unpacked looks promising with some good announcements being rumoured to be made. We can’t wait to see what more artificial intelligence is announced by Samsung due to the success of their previous AI-based event in January. Until then, why not take a look at the Samsung products we have on our website, from smartphones to tablets and wearables, we have it all!
